There’s a lot of myth surrounding the female reproductive organ. Here, today, we’re going to be dealing with the cleaning of the Vagina and related issues:
Do not use soap to wash the vagina. It has its own fluid that cleanses it naturally. Use water only.
When you finish having sex, use ordinary water to wash off the sperm remnants, and then clean up with tissue.
Do not use cucumber or other substances to masturbate as a woman; they could cause infection or injury.
Before you or your partner fondles your clitoris or any part of your vagina, make sure the hand is washed; otherwise, you could be infected.
After you do a pooh, (i.e. pass faeces), place your palm on the surface of the vagina (labia) and wash downward toward the anus with water; do not wash upward. You wash from the surface of the vagina towards your anus; not upward to avoid rubbing faeces on the vagina. This is very important.
Sucking of the vagina or stroking the clitoris with the tongue by your partner (coninlingus) is not hygienic. It could cause infection, and is not decent.
Avoid anal sex, it’s very, very, dirty. The anus is not meant for sex.
Avoid sex during menstruation, it’s dirty.
Check your breast and cervics for unusual growth. Do this medical test once in six months.
Ensure you do adequate foreplay with your partner before intercourse.
