The Electronic Media Content Owners Association of Nigeria (EMCOAN) has re-elected Mrs. Jibe Ologeh for another tenure of two years as the president of the association.
EMCOAN which boasts of controlling over 80% of electronic broadcast content in Nigeria has been at the forefront of churning out the majority of the content on television and Radio stations pan Nigeria.
While addressing the members after her re-election into office, Mrs. Ologeh expressed deep appreciation for the confidence reposed in her by the re-election for another tenure of 2year.
She promised that with their usual support and cooperation, EMCOAN will soar to higher heights.
It could be recalled that it was in her first tenure that EMCOAN became recognized as a sectoral body of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).
Other members of the newly elected executives are Theophilus Akatugba – Vice president, Stephen Alayande – General Secretary, Ugwu Chinedu – PRO, Akpezi Anita Agarry-Oke, Financial Secretary and Longe Omolaja as social welfare officer.
