Manchester United are set to reignite their interest in PSV winger, Cody Gakpo, with personal terms already agreed, Forbes reports.
The 23-year-old was linked to the Red Devils for much of the summer window.
However, Gakpo was not included in Erik ten Tag’s £200 million splurge on six first-team arrivals.
Ten Hag is still looking to bolster his attack, especially with Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Old Trafford still uncertain.
Ronaldo failed to force a move away before the season began and could try again when the winter window opens in January.
Gakpo is firmly on that list of alternatives Ten Hag is considering for Ronaldo.
The winger has already scored 10 goals and nine assists in 13 matches this season.
PSV have also disclosed they have an agreement in place with Gakpo and his representatives, which will allow him to leave in 2023, should a suitable offer be lodged.
