Cameroon on Saturday qualified for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-final after beating Gambia 2-0 at the Douala Stadium.
The AFCON quarter-final match ended in a 0-0 draw at half-time.
However, a second-half brace from Karl Toko Ekambi ensured Cameroon defeated Gambia to qualify for the AFCON last four.
Cameroon had defeated Comoros 2-1 in the AFCON last-16.
The host nation will play their semi-final fixture on Thursday.
They are now one of the favourite teams to win the 2021 AFCON.
