Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, and top leadership coach, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, has given tips on marriage in one of his recent teachings on FACEBOOK.
First, Adeyemi let it be known that the beautiful lady or rich spouse you see now, is a finished product, not the person they were before they got married. A blunt fact that’s usually lost on young suitors and ladies, who are dying to have the ideal partners. Below, we share Pastor Adeyemi’s thoughts with you as reported by an online portal:
“The responsible man or women you are seeing today were not like this before they got married. If in your vision you could see when your husband is a CEO, can you recognize him when he is not?
“When Pastor Nike and I got married, at first, we were not the way we are now, that’s just it. It has taken investment and you know, this is why I have an issue with guys who are always turning bachelorhood into an Institution; what is the big deal a lot of people around town are not getting married because they want to be able to get a mansion and have some money and to have some cars, how can you marry a girl when you are not okay financially? If you are in this category, you have been deceived.
“What a lady needs is not a perfect man in the present now; this thing is about, 10 to 20 years time. What she needs is a man who has a vision, who can define exactly where he’s going and who he is going to be, that is what defines the kind of a wife you must be.
“You should be able to sell your vision to a lady. Making a choice for marriage is likely to be an intuition. Nobody can predict the future except God”.
