The Bishop of The Redeemed Evangelical Ministry, TREM, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, and televangelist, Pastor Mathew Ashimolowo, are among the leading ministers who would preach at this year’s SUPERFEST, at the Abundant Life Gospel Church, Pen Cinema, Agege, Lagos.
SUPERFEST is an inter-denominational Conference coined from the words SUPERIOR and FESTIVAL. It was inaugurated in February 2008 by late Bishop Kola Onaolapo with the aim of bringing together Pastors, Evangelists, Prophets, General Overseers as well as Ministry Overseers from within and outside Nigeria for the impartation of the mysteries of the Kingdom, fresh fire, and the unction for greater exploits in life and ministry.
This year SUPERFEST will begin on Wednesday 3rd August and will end on Friday 5th August 2022.
This year’s SUPERFEST theme is ‘JESUS’ and as usual practice, Superfest will run in three sessions; Morning Session, Afternoon Session, and Evening Session. The morning and afternoon sessions feature the Ministers’ Conference. The morning session begins at 9:00am, the afternoon session at 2:00pm, and the evening session features the Impartation Night from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
The programme promise to be didactically explosive, spiritually enhancing, and soul-elevating as seasoned servants of God, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Bishop Segun Johnson, Bishop David Abioye, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Prophet El Buba, Prof. Josiah Onaolapo, Apostle Victor James and Rev. Dr. Janet Onaolapo would be releasing the truth of the word of God as it relates to our lives and ministries.
Before his home call, Bishop Kola Onaolapoguided this vision jealously because God had told him that a great revival would come to Nigeria through this Conference and He would empower His people. From 2008 to date, participants have come from all the 36 States of Nigeria, some from West and East African Countries, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Canada. Renowned men and women of God attend annually from within and outside Nigeria as Guest Speakers to teach great mysteries of the Gospel and enhance the spiritual lives of attendees for both their personal and ministerial growth.
Since its inception, Superfest has left a great landmark because after each year’s festival, outstanding testimonies of spiritual upliftment, healing, salvation, divine provision, and ministry expansion keep rolling in.
